We made apple tarts

Add plain flour and sugar

Mix well

Add the butter

Rub in the butter.

Knead the dough.

Roll the dough

Grease the plate

Slice the apples very thin and add 3 tbsp of sugar

Seal the edges

Bake for about 40 minutes at 190 degrees
