Friendship week
We had fun in the STEM room working together with our friends to build Lego projects. We built a spaceship, a hotel, a water park, our school, our names and a volcano! This was part of Friendship Week in the school.

Write-a-Book 2019
Congratulations to the pupils of 4th, 5th and senior infants who have just completed the Write-a-Book project. The pupils spent the past 10 weeks writing, editing and publishing their own stories. We held a book launch today and now the books are on their way to Gowna National School where they will be read and judged by the teachers and pupils there. The best of luck everyone!
Active Schools Week
We had a fabulous Active schools Week in the last week of March.
On Monday we did gymnastics. On Tuesday we did water safety and orienteering. On Wednesday we did tag rugby. On Thursday we did camogie and on Friday we did Snake Walks (following directions).
As well as this we did 8 minutes of running every day, some skipping and Active Homework every day.
Thank you to Ms Finnegan and Ms Donohoe who organised the week for us.
