Teddy Bears' Picnic

We celebrated summer today by having a teddy bears' picnic on the astro-turf. What a surprise we got when a real live teddy bear showed up!

Creative time

We were set the challenge during oral language homework to create something unique. Some children drew pictures, constructed things  from junk, built lego, wrote stories and composed music.

All About Me books

We have just completed our "All About Me" books which we have been working on for some time now. They are meant as a memento of the children's year in Senior Infants, but also as a Self-Esteem booster and a reminder of just how special they all are- each and every one of them. Please take time to go through the book at home and make lots of positive comments!

Goodbye Niamh and Alannah

Alannah
We have had two fantastic helpers in our class this year. Niamh was with us every Tuesday and Alannah has been with us since January. Now they are both leaving to go back to college. We will miss them. Thank you Niamh and Alannah!
